Where does this energy come from?
Business yoga relieves stress, improves one's physical well-being, enhances one's mental capabilities, develops creativity and intuition and lets employees feel more content and comfortable all round. This is transferred to their clients.
Yoga consists of breathing exercises, physical exercises and mental training. During business yoga, back muscles, neck muscles and the muscles of one's torso are stretched and strengthened. Eyes which have been strained due to working in front of computer monitors become relaxed.
